Committee Members
A broad and diverse group has contributed support to these efforts to date. The JDRC is proud to count BLS Headmaster Lynne Mooney Teta, ’86, Assistant Headmaster Malcolm Flynn, and BLSA President Peter G. Kelly, ’83, as devoted members of that group.

Daniel Weissman, ’03 – Managing Director
Dan Serves as the Chief Executive of the JDRC. He is from the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Dan became friends with Joan while playing high school football for Boston Latin School in 2000-2001. Following his graduation from BLS, Dan earned a B.A. in History and International Affairs from George Washington University. Dan is currently an Associate at Versailles Group, Ltd., a Boston-based investment bank that specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as other specialized advisory services.

Natalia Gaibor, ’02 – Director of Finance
Following graduation from BLS in 2002, Natalia attended Emmanuel College where she earned a B.A. in Business and Marketing. Currently Natalia is a Marketing Specialist for a national technology company.

Stephanie Maneikis, ’03 – Director of Public Relations and Special Events
Stephanie Maneikis was born and raised in Dorchester and graduated from BLS in 2003. After graduating from Harvard College in 2007, she began working for the Boston Red Sox where she currently holds the position of Coordinator of Fan Services and Entertainment.

Aisha Cort, ’01 – Director of Outreach
Aisha Cort was born and raised in Dorchester, Massachusetts. After graduating from BLS in 2001, Aisha earned a B.A. in Spanish from Yale University in 2005. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Emory University and will defend her dissertation in Spanish and Portuguese in May of 2010.

Michael Perkins, ’02 – Director of Information Technology
Mike was born and raised in Rolsindale Massachusetts. After graduating from BLS in 2002, Mike pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Since his graduation in February 2006, Mike has held a variety of positions with several Massachusetts based technology sector companies. Currently Mike serves as a Software Engineer at a New York based financial firm.

Andrew Collins, ’01 – Director of Operations
Andrew is a 2001 graduate of BLS and is from the neighborhood of South Boston. A graduate of Babson College, he is currently working for a construction management firm in the Greater Boston area.

Non-Member Contributions
In addition, the Committee also wishes to acknowledge the contributions of Adam Pieniazek ’02 and Brandon Swanson ’02 in the pursuit of the committee’s goals. Their efforts have been indespensible in understanding, organizing around and pursuing our goal, especially in the creation of this site.
